It is hard enough for anyone in Texas to talk about the devastation caused by recent severe flooding, but for one area TV meteorologist it hits even closer to home. According to TVspy.com, some of KTBC Austin morning meteorologist Zach Shields wife’s family is among the missing.
Sheild’s sister-in-law Laura McComb, her son and daughter are reported missing, while McComb’s husband was rescued but sustained major injuries. He was discovered nearly ten miles down river.
