(WGNO) — Saints coach Sean Payton is an intense guy on the sidelines. His players bust their B-U-doubleTs for him. But if you want to see him sweat, just let him sit down for an interview with his daughter Meghan asking the questions.
“I think I’m a little more nervous than you are,” Payton says as Meghan gets ready to start firing away. The coach all but resorts to his old quarterback scrambling skills as his daughter asks about Saints players she could date, if their family dog was really given to a farm, and why he posts such terrible tweets.
“Alright, no more blurry picture,” Payton says regarding the tweets.
Meghan Payton is attending Pepperdine University and is an intern at the NFL Network. She also gave her dad a tour of the network’s facilities in Los Angeles. The interview wraps up with an apparently relieved Payton saying, “I’m done sweating.”
