NEW ORLEANS – On Friday morning, New Orleans city officials held a city-assisted evacuation exercise. In attendance were Mayor Cantrell, NOHSEP Dir. Collin Arnold, Dr. Jennifer Avegno of the New Orleans Health Department, Supt. Tim McConnell of the NOFD, and RTA CEO Alex Wiggins.
