NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Three women in Uptown reported that a bald man in a gray or silver SUV is driving around Uptown and masturbating while he asks them for directions.
According to a crime alert from Tulane Police, a woman was walking in Palmer Park about 4:30 p.m. when the SUV pulled up and the driver asked for directions.
As the victim started to give directions, she noticed that the man in the vehicle was masturbating. She said she walked away, and the man sped off onto Calhoun Street.
A second woman reported to Loyola Police that she was at the intersection of Calhoun and Freret streets about 5:30 p.m. Thursday when a man drove up in a silver or gray SUV and asked for directions. Again, he was masturbating.
The third incident happened about 8:15 p.m. on Freret Street near Calhoun. A woman told gave police the same narrative as the other two women.
The masturbator is described as a bald white man, about 40 years old. He was wearing purple LSU polo shirt. The silver or gray SUV he was driving has a decal sticker on the back window depicting a family.
