NEW ORLEANS, LA. (WGNO) – A 2-year-old boy killed in a hit-and-run crash on N. Claiborne Ave. yesterday afternoon has been identified.
The coroner’s office says 2-year-old Christian Glover died as a result of injuries sustained when he was hit by a white, two-door older model Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck.
Police say the driver of the truck got out of his vehicle, saw the child and got back in and fled the scene.
The child was rushed to a local hospital where he died of his injures.
