(WGNO) – The gloves are off as the Louisiana governor’s race heats up. In the newest campaign ad from John Bell For Louisiana Senator David Vitter’s prostitution scandal is front and center.
The ad says, “the choice for governor couldn’t be more clear.”
“Democrat John Bel Edwards answered our country’s call and served as a Ranger in the 82nd Airborne Division while Vitter answered a prostitute’s call minutes after he skipped a vote honoring soldiers.”
Three recent polls show Edwards with a commanding lead over Vitter.
