NOPD searching for Mid-City woman missing since Thursday

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 32-year-old Carenthia Henry, who was last seen by her son^, leaving their residence ,shortly before 10:00 A.M. on January 3rd, in the 2900 block of Palmyra Street .

Henry told her son that she was going to the store at South Broad and Palmyra Streets and would be right back.  Henry has not been seen nor heard from since.

Henry is described as an African-American woman, approximately 5’6” tall, 156 pounds and was last seen wearing a red jacket and blue jeans.  Burn marks can be seen on Henry’s face when she is not wearing make-up.
