New Orleans – The NOPD is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the Sixth District on Tuesday evening.
Just before 9:30 P.M., central dispatch received a call reporting shots fired in the 3600 block of Loyola Street.
When officers arrived, they discovered an adult male victim suffering from an undetermined number of gunshot wounds.
The victim died at the scene.
