NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans police arrested the suspect in a French Quarter shooting that was caught on video. The attack was featured in a Wheel of Justice report on Monday. 22-year-old Rodney Jackson was booked with aggravated battery, illegal use of a weapon and other charges the following day.

At last word, Jackson was in jail on a $42,000 bond.
