On July 23, the New Orleans Coroner identified the victim in this incident as 28-year-old Shantrell Reese.
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is investigating a shooting in the 3000 block of Lancaster Street.
Initial reports received at about 1:32 p.m. show two adult females being transported from the scene by EMS.
