NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – This year’s New Orleans Sushi Fest was completely sold out with 2,800 event goers showing up to sample all the goodies.
Sushi and Japanese inspired dishes from some of the areas top restaurants were featured all afternoon.
The Lakefront area boasted live music, access to Cat’s Meow Karaoke Club, even complimentary massages for event goers.
Tickets to the event ranged from $15-$100.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Japan Club of New Orleans and The Japan Society of New Orleans.
