NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — On Thursday, the New Orleans Fire Department announced they are hiring.
According to NOFD, the starting salary for a fire recruit is $33,111.00 annually.
NOFD said they will provide a separate avenue for entry if you currently are a certified firefighter. The starting salary annually is $36,119.
