He’s a man of integrity and he wants to be your attorney

We first heard the popular jingle in 1997, performed by the great Marva Wright, and over the years a host of homegrown talent have sung it. Some of the artists we know, and many we’ve seen for the first time in his commercials, but for attorney Warren “Chip” Forstall, this uniquely New Orleans way of marketing his business also serves another purpose.

Forstall says, “As we went along we started using younger artists as a way to promote them so everybody wins. They win, I win, and it’s a good feeling to help young people get ahead in life.”

The catchy jingle was written by Chip’s marketing firm, Sierra Productions, and he also loves the fact that these spots are a bit different from most attorney ads.

According to Forstall, “It’s not the hard sell, ya know. ‘You’ve been in an accident. Come see me.’ It’s a feel-good commercial.”

He’s also a native New Orleanian and a staunch champion of our culture, but for a guy that loves music so much, he says he actually can’t play an instrument.

“I love music more than most people, and I’ll tell you why. I have no musical ability. That’s the big key. I had an uncle who could play by ear, and I couldn’t do it. I was not musical. But I love that he could sit down and hear a song and play it by ear,” Forstall says. “I’ve always loved music and I tell people if I had one ability that God didn’t give me, but would give me it would be to be able to play an instrument.”
