NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans police released images of two men wanted in a sexual assault where they forced a woman into her car at gunpoint Thursday afternoon.
According to police, the 24-year-old victim was leaving her car in the 4900 block of De Montluzin Street when Suspect #1 approached her armed with a gun. He forced her into the passenger side of her car and drove around the block where he picked up suspects #2 and #3.
The victim told police they then drove to the 11000 block of Old Gentilly Road where the men sexually assaulted her.
Afterward, the suspects let the victim out and drove off in her car.
The victim’s car is a red 4-door 2005 Chevrolet Malibu with a Florida license plate.
Suspect #1 was described as a black male, mid to late 20s, approximately 5’10” tall, approximately 180 to 190 pounds, medium build and having a brown complexion. He was last seen wearing a knit cap with ear flaps and armed with a silver barreled revolver.
Suspect #2 was described as a black male, mid to late 20s, approximately 5’8” tall, medium build and having a light brown complexion.
Suspect #3 was described as a black male, mid to late 20s, and having a brown complexion.
