OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) – A fatal shooting in broad day light in Opelousas has taken one life.
It happened Monday, just after 2 p.m. near Franklin and Union Streets.
Police said when they arrived, the body of a male victim was found in the middle of the street.
He was transported to a local hospital where he died from injuries, police said.
