NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – The NOPD has issued an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Dwayne Butler in connection with the non-fatal shooting of a 23-year-old male victim.
Police believe Butler shot the victim several times.
Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for butler for attempted second degree murder.
