New Orleans East has long been known for it’s litter problem and illegal dumping sites. Today the “New Orleans Regional Business Park” started cleaning up Michoud Blvd, Old Gentilly Boulavard and Similar Roads. The group says they will continue to maintain the roads and are working along side NOPD who have promised to inforce littering and illegal dumping fines. The Illegal dumping fine is no less than 1500 dollars for a first time offense.
