No added sugar, but also no artificial sweeteners – high protein, low carb, all-natural:

 

Sophie Greek Yogurtsweetened with xylitol – available at Fresh Market

110 calories – 15 grams protein – 13 grams carbs – 5 grams sugar

 

Chobani Simply 100 – sweetened with evaporated cane juice and stevia leaf extract

100 calories – 12 grams protein – 14 grams carbs – 8 grams sugar

 

Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt sweetened only with stevia; no added sugar

120 calories – 15 grams protein – 15 grams carbs – 7 grams sugar 

 

LIKE IT!

The flavored varieties of the following brands have more sugar than protein – but at least they’re all-natural, no artificial sweeteners.  Per carton:11-17 grams protein & 11-20 grams sugar
