Greek Kebob Marinade
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup first cold pressed olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
- 1 Tsp. Fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Put everything into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Greek Kebobs
Ingredients:
- 2 LBS. Top sirloin cubed to 1 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper cut to 2 inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper cut to 2 inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper cut to 2 inch pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper cut to 2 inch pieces
- 1 large white onion, peeled and cut to 2 inch pieces
- 1 pack baby portabella mushrooms
Instructions:
Marinate all the ingredients in the Greek marinade that you made above.
Arrange on a skewer in the order of the ingredient list and repeat to fill one skewer.
Grill on medium high heat turning about every 5 minutes to flip over so ensure even cooking.
