CHAUVIN, La. (WGNO) – Dottie Ratliff (aka Dot-tee) didn’t waste any time when she retired. After years of reading stories to preschoolers, she’s taken another route to tell stories.
Dot-tee now paints the bayou. But not on canvas. She paints on glass and old furniture hanging around her studio.
