NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)  – Two women were injured when bullets began flying at a St. Claude house party Sunday night, according to police.

The NOPD says two men started shooting at each other and both victims were caught in the crossfire about 9:25 p.m. at a home at North Galvez and Port Street.

A 34-year-old woman was transported to a hospital for a gunshot wound. No word on her condition.

The second victim, a 31-year-old was also taken to the hospital. She was treated for a graze wound.
